14-Day Full Refund Promise

We offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery — on products that are unused, unopened and in their original sealed condition. Due to our strict hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

How to Return

Contact our customer service team — they will be delighted to help you initiate the return process and guide you through every step.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. Any damage or signs of use may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, minus any applicable shipping fees.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund. Instead, store credit will be issued.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements or have not been authorised by our customer service team.

Processing Times

Our aim is to process returns as quickly as possible, although it can take a little longer during busy periods. Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt and our Customer Services team will action your refund or exchange request as soon as possible after this.

Please retain all proof of postage receipts until you are satisfied your refund or exchange request has been completed.
